It includes 3 5"x4"x1.5" sachets filled with 100% pure Blue Lavender from Provence and 1/2 oz dropper of pure essential oil to refresh the sachets before each drying cycle. They can be reused almost indefinitely; simply refresh them for every use with our own Eau de Provence® Lavandin Essential oil (included). Lavender’s wonderful properties make it one of the most widely used essential oils in France. It has been used for centuries essentially for balancing emotions, relieving stress. It has been known to decrease high blood pressure & reduce tension. Lavender with its calming ingredients may promote restful sleeps. It may also facilitate breathing.
