Almost all the recipes used to make our products are inspired from the people I grew up with in the South of France; my Grandmother Isadora and my parents; Yvette & Gabriel

who owned and operate a bakery and catering business for more than 40 years in the South of France.

Since our inception, we have  maintained our expenses to the lowest level to pass on savings to our customers so that we could maintain the same low pricing year after year.
